Majority Chief Whip honours teachers on his birthday

rank Annoh-Dompreh, Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency, has organised an award and dinner programme for teachers and educational staff as part of his birthday celebration.

The ceremony was held to recognise contribution efforts in the Eastern region’s Nsawam/Adoagyiri Municipality. 

Speaking at the occasion, the Majority Chief Whip stated that the event was planned to recognise the accomplishments of teachers and educational professionals, as well as to express approval and gratitude for providing better services to pupils in the area.

Hundreds of teachers in the area were gifted computers, refrigerators, and television sets, among other things, at the event.

Frank Annoh-Dompreh acknowledged the important responsibilities teachers play in changing lives and motivating kids’ goals in the municipality.

He praised educators for caring, instructing, and elevating pupils to be future leaders of the country.

He offered his support for the successes of teachers and educational professionals, as well as his contribution to academic excellence in the area.

“I will continue to fight a good fight and humble myself to serve the good people of Nsawam Adoagyiri,’’ he said.

He congratulated the municipality’s teachers on their accomplishment in the 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

He begged teachers and educational professionals to pray for his life so that he might fight for good for the people of Nsawam Adoagyiri and increase teacher morale.

He took use of the opportunity to urge delegates to vote en masse for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia at the next delegate conference.
